- Highlight of SPPA T3000 System Structure

The SPPA-T3000 control system has been designed to perform all power plant automation tasks: turbine control, boiler control including boiler protection, balance of plant (BOP) and integration of third party systems, such as gasification islands in IGCC applications.

The heart of the system is the Embedded Component Services™ software. Embedded Component Services is based on object-oriented data storage. Whether in operation, engineering, diagnostics, archive or alarm mode – the intent is that the user can always count on consistent data, with all views fed from a single source.

Customer Benefits
> Unique Web enabled engineering makes it easy to use and learn
> Flexibility in configuration, engineering and operation
> All functions integrated in one source with Embedded Component Services ™ software
> Simple, straight forward automation and display design
> High performance data distribution provides the right information at any time

Low Cost during lifecycle The traditional distributed control system (DCS) uses subsystems for various applications. The Embedded Component Services software at the heart of the SPPA-T3000 provides a simplified system architecture that eliminates the need for the subsystems required in traditional control systems. The traditional separation between the automation system, HMI, engineering system and diagnostic system is a thing of the past

High performance data distribution The SPPA-T3000 solves the problem of distributing data within an enterprise. The plant manager, maintenance engineer, production planner, plant operator and power broker can rapidly access their respective data to make faster and more reliable decisions. This ensures each person with authorised access within the enterprise receives right Information at the right time.
